Violets kittens are growing well. I still have three available, due to some time wasters early on. It is always a quiet time of year due to summer holidays. But if you wish for a kitten for mid August then get in touch.
Violets kittens are growing well and now eating lots of nice meat for breakfast and dinner. Of course mum will be with the babies for a couple of more weeks. Violet is such a kind mother cat, and the relationship she has with her babies is so endearing to watch.
I know its summer holidays coming up and many of you have contacted me for a kitten but want one after.
I do not have a crystal ball unfortunately to know if I will have another litter this year, so if you can reserve one from Violet now that would probably be a good idea.
I have available Two blue boys and One blue girl. Dad is the handsome Gismo. He is a Champion boy and lives with us. He is gentle with a kind loving nature. He is a nice big boy with a true blue colour coat.
Not quite sure what has been happening with the site recently, pages gone missing, and the blog totally disappeared. I have been using an app on the iPad to try and update and I have thought all was on, and I have only just realised that in fact none of the new updates has been done. So I have got to sit down and recreate it all on the computer which is sadly playing me up. So bear with me. I even created a gallery of our current kittens, which I thought was online, and sadly it wasn't. I had technology sometimes.
The good news is we have kittens available. Its not often that I can say i have kittens available as they get snapped up. So contact me if you have been waiting for a nice British blue. Ready to go in August 2018. Then our final litter will be ready to go approx October/November if our girl has fallen pregnant.
That is it for this year on kittens, then I will start again Spring of 2019. So don't miss out on our final babies thinking you have lots of time to contact me.
I am endeavouring to update this website with new photos and information. I hope that once it is all sorted properly that I will be able to share more updates on the blog page.
I have been sent photographs of peoples loved cats which I can also share easier on the blog.
All the kittens we have at the moment are fit and healthy. Elora's litter went to the vet this week for a full health check and they came away with a health letter to state they are fit and healthy. They were also given their first vaccines which has given them no reaction.
I have been watching their characters start to develop now and I think in another two weeks I can send you photos of which kitten is yours. My phone camera is not working as it should do and has been all grainy in the quality. My son took some photos of Elora's litter today and has promised to send them over to me. Then I can update the owners of this litter with pictures. My canon camera has really given up, it won't focus and when it does it does not have the picture quality it once had.
My other litters are thriving also. It is such a long process waiting for a kitten from a GCCF registered breeder as we can not let them go until 13 weeks.
The very first blog added to the website.
Photo above is Socks, enjoying the winter sun coming through the front of the cattery the other day. Socks has a wonderful character, and is very laid back queen. She is the daughter of my Crumble.
I can update what kittens are available here or photos if I wish. With all the snow and cold weather our kittens are lovely and warm in our bedroom and dining room. The adult cats heaters have been on, but their accommodation being insulated is quite warm.
I was so very sad to hear my mentor of British short hair died a couple of weeks ago, Val Shepperd of trubrit where most of my breeding cats came through. I had great admiration of her cats, as they epitomised for me the true beauty of the British short hair. A huge loss to the BSH world. I still own two of her cats today, Rizelle a black British neuter and Rocky who is a British blue.
I have just one lilac female kitten available to reserve now.
